Casa de Misericordia was invited to the LBJ Early College Freshman orientation week, where 250 incoming students participated in the activity – discussing Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships. In addition to this, we discussed how some friendships can also be abusive and how to avoid them. Students were able to interact with each-other and used the material presented to act out different scenarios of what a relationship can look like when its healthy or unhealthy.
We’d like to give a special thanks to the school for inviting us and for allowing us to share this information with their youth.
